Ant is an interdisciplinary design researcher and educator. He brings together creative arts, science, and technology to demystify scientific concepts and transform abstract ideas and complex systems into tangible experiences. His creative work emphasises spatiality, scale, and temporality, investigating topics ranging from microscopic organisms and biological systems to synthetic biology and generative AI. Ant is interested in fostering unique knowledge exchange opportunities that break down barriers between scientists, creative artists and the public to delve into complex systems in accessible and innovative ways. He collaborates with scientific and creative institutions globally and has exhibited his creative work across Europe, the USA, Australia, and New Zealand.
